I’m Beth McPherson from Christchurch New Zealand. I have been creating and decorating eggs since 2008 after joining the Christchurch Egg Artistry Club. I especially love working with chicken and smaller eggs like quail and finch eggs. My other interest is making my own face and body products and I’m currently studying Organic Skincare  Formulations with the view to developing it further in the future   I am married with three children and 5 lovely grandchildren. I look forward to being able to help EAI and egg artists where I can.
