Our Team is working very hard to make this a truly great group to benefit egg artists around the world. Since the closing down of the IEAG, it came to our attention the Master program had not been updated in over 10 years. We would like everyone to have input into how this can be structured. Your ideas will help us create an improved and more accessible program for all to benefit. Please use the contact form on this website to make your suggestions. The new program will be called the Master Artisan Program.

There has been such a tremendous outpouring of support in taking this guild into the future. We now have a big team of egg artists dedicated to helping to support and foster egg artists around the world. We will be working to build out the website, updating and improving the previous bylaws, updating and improving the Master program, reaching out to artists, guilds and clubs worldwide. We will also be launching a new Facebook site for all artists to display their work. The list goes on and on!

On January 7,2023 Katy Williams passed away. She had been a great egg artist for over 50 years. This weekend I travelled to Camden, AR and purchased her egging supplies. They were beautifully organized and so well kept. I am going to use these supplies for teaching free egging classes to all ages especially children. A picture of her and biography will be given to all those who benefit from her classes so her legacy will live on. Thank you Katy and family.

THE FUTURE! Some of the things myself and others suggested were the following: 1.Creating a guild that will benefit members and nonmembers. 2.Be a truly international and all-inclusive guild for all styles of egg art. 3.Have a Master Program that can be carried out in various countries, not just the USA by competent and experienced artists. 4.Amendments to any proposed bylaws or future plans should be voted on by members and be transparent. 5.Membership will be kept informed thru the blog, email (you can opt out) of any changes or offers. 6. All member's information has always been private, and I am only one with access. There will be no exchange of financial information, no collection of money, and we DO NOT have a shopping cart. 7.We discussed new logo and a name. 8.We want to establish a positive vibe and move forward. 9. Volunteering on the committee to help us move into the future. 10.and lots lots more!

The zoom meeting had lots of people. Great questions! We went over how I came to make this website and the dissolution of the "old" International Egg Art Guild (IEAG) and that Jennifer Stevens and Debbie Botts had resigned from the board. We discussed this for a short time and moved onto the future! Anyone interested in joining the committee please fill out the contact form. We will be having a "Town Hall Meeting" on Zoom Wednesday FEBUARY 1st at 7 PM EST. I will be giving an update on the dissolution of the old IEAG as well as hearing from members on how the new IEAG should proceed. Stay tune for the zoom meeting code and password.
